Scenario #1
Say that you have downloaded a magazine and are reading it in your browser. You’ve turned the page to read more about Ariana Grande’s latest hijinks at the VMA’s, but the page is missing! What do you do?
Answer: Go back to the Zinio.com site in your browser and locate the help link. Click on this to contact Zinio support to let them know that there is a problem with your magazine and they will help you to correct it.
Try It!
1. Go to the Carmel Clay Public Library website and access the Zinio link through the 24/7 button on the home screen.
2. Once on the Zinio site, look for the small, round, black question mark icon (the help button) to find the support page, where you can email Zinio support.
Scenario #2
You have checked out a digital magazine in the browser on your iPad, and now wish to read it. You have tapped on the blue ‘Start Reading Now’ button in the browser, and a new tab has opened in your browser - but your magazine won’t load! It’s just a black screen. What do you do next to read your magazine?
Answer: You can only read magazines with the Zinio for Libraries app on mobile devices. You will need to download the Zinio for Libraries app to read magazines on your device.
Try It!
1. On the library’s iPad, open the App Store.
2. Search for Zinio for Libraries in the search bar.
3. Tap on the download button. Enter the password provided to you by the librarian.
4. Open the app.
5. Log in using the account you created in an earlier activity, or create a new account now.

To free up some space, you decide to delete several magazines from your Zinio app on your phone. You have successfully deleted them - but they’re still appearing in your online account! How do you get rid of them permanently?
